Finance Manager – Hybrid working

My client based in Slough are looking for a Qualified Finance Manager to join their finance team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for local, Group and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities include:

Balance sheet management

Management of data from multiple core applications

Line management of one staff.

The position requires extensive liaison with Group Finance, local taxation service providers, Internal Audit, Compliance and the external audit team.

Intercompany and related party reporting: ensure full monthly reconciliation and confirmation of all intercompany and related party balances

You will also be responsible for process improvement: drives process improvement within the Finance team and broader business where appropriate. Continually identifies opportunities for improvement and manages and monitors working collaboratively with all members of the Finance team and wider business where appropriate.
