Office based, Surbiton with residential parking

Up to £19.83 per hour

Required: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (half an hour lunch)

Start date: ASAP

Overview:

You will be working for a local healthcare provider who are proud of delivering patient-led, high-quality health and social care within the Kingston community.

You will ensure the management and smooth operation of the company and managed sites ensuring that they are in accordance with all statutory and organisational guidelines, well managed, safe, clean, effective and have efficient facilities for service users, staff, visitors and tenants and service delivery is customer focused.

Daily Duties include:

  • Act as a single point of contact for tenants, users, client and local authorities in terms of building, space and community aspects
  • Assist with plans for key sites to support business maintenance and growth
  • Assist the development of and annually update site level business plans
  • Review the effectiveness of current operational team, making recommendations and implementing review outcomes
  • Oversee and/or develop and manage effective portal systems as appropriate for example Oracle
  • Oversee and/or organise staff and bank staff timetables, duty rotas and holiday cover
  • Attend supplier meetings on MS Teams to monitor and assess performance against agreed KPI’s
  • Co-ordinate and chair supplier meetings as required
  • Lead on agreed projects, in-house moves, relocations, as required
  • Manage effectively delegated revenue budgets and maintain control within allocated resources
  • Support and contribute to an agreed cost improvement Plan
  • Manage the procurement of equipment, supplies and services
  • To have responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of self and others and to comply at all times
  • Sound interesting?…you must have:

  • Contract management and monitoring processes
  • Understanding the Statutory requirements including Health & Safety
  • Risk Management knowledge
  • Working in a healthcare setting
