The NHS Division at Randstad are currently looking for Lead Quality Assurance Clinician.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LEAD QUALITY ASSURANCE CLINICIAN
The post holder will support the CHC Business and Clinical Leads in discharging their responsibility to provide assurance to all stakeholders that the CHC service are delivering a high quality, effective, person-centred and value for money service.
The post holder will support and undertake the monitoring of a range of quality and governance processes these include undertaking the verification of Fast Tracks, Checklists, Funded Nursing Care, and CHC assessments to ensure these are in line and appropriate with the NHS National Framework for Continuing Healthcare and Continuing Care.
The post holder will support the Continuing Healthcare team to meet its statutory obligation of 28 days and receives the correct referral at first entry point into CHC.
The post has responsibility for delivering a wide portfolio of functions to maintain quality across all service areas; including verifying assessments, reviews, and presenting for verification at MDT Panels.
Awareness of responsible commissioning guidance, and the varying different pathways of funded these inclusive of the Section 75 agreements with the LA including Care Act Assessment, SEND and Transition, Education and Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
The role will support the delivery of the CCGs statutory obligations in respect of CHC delivery, as well as supporting assist the delivery of the QIPP programme.
To produce comprehensive reports for submission to leadership and committees by taking responsibility for the accurate, timely collection, the processing and analysing of the quality data, reporting and action planning to achieve completion.
