Role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership of the Batch Manufacturing Records Team, to ensure that products released for sale have been manufactured and packaged in accordance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure that Batch Manufacturing Records Review and Release operations are managed to deliver customer service and production schedule requirements.

  • Liaise with Quality, Planning, and Manufacturing Departments to ensure that operation delivery reflects Supply Chain requirements.

  • Provide support and coaching on GMP, documentation errors, root cause analysis and CAPA for deviations and technical writing.

  • Ensuring that all department Incidents and CAPA are progressed in a timely manner

  • Manage Quality System Management activities and documentation control within the Quality Control Department.

  • Manage the Quality Control departments training record systems and documentation

  • Writing, maintaining and managing SOPs for the Quality Control department

  • Manage the Batch Release Specialists and Technologist teams, including coaching, development planning, performance reviews, recruitment etc.

  • Set daily direction for your team by effective engagement in PPI lean methodology including standard work and tier meetings.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships to drive cross functional collaboration

  • Lead cross functional teams
