Restore are currently recruiting for Customer Support Operatives for Restores business unit Records Management.

This is an exciting opportunity if you have a passion for customer care.

Within this Customer Support role you will assist the Customer Support Team & Managers in processing of customer requests, ensuring that the correct schedules and priorities are applied for all work carried out.

You will also develop solid relationships with customers and to assist with streamlining administration practices with the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To perform duties required in order to promote good quality relationships with all Restore Customers
    Using RSSQL produce any necessary reports for customers, and produce required internal reports if required
  • Ensure good communication with other Restore sites and operational departments is maintained at all times
  • Process customer requests and data entry in an accurate & timely manner
  • Investigate and respond to customer queries in a timely manner, escalating to management where necessary
  • Assist in managing customer accounts ensuring a high degree of customer service
  • Ensure good communications with other Restore sites & operations is maintained at all times.
  • ABOUT YOU

  • Driving licence preferred but not essential due to location of the role
  • Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of data & documentation, I.T databases and I.T systems in a quality assurance/standards driven organization
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience of working within a customer services environment with the ability to promote customer service, and to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and expectations
  • Assist with mentoring and training new team members
  • Must be literate, well spoken and have good written & verbal communication skills, numerate, computer literate, meticulous and methodical
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, smart appearance, physically fit, enthusiastic, hard working and honest
  • We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces we store on behalf of the leading museums.
