Robert Half has partnered with a commercial real estate firm to recruit for a facilities coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in being a role that gives them the opportunity to work with contracts, finance and facilities management

The Role:

  • Collate and process time sheets and expenses weekly
  • Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly Contract Review meetings
  • Plan and arrange call outs, maintenance visits and delivery of materials
  • Create accurate POs in a timely manner
  • Raise sales invoices
  • Work with contract managers and subcontractors
  • Run and review work in progress reports
  • Review debt report weekly


  • Finance or facilities experience
  • Property management experience is not required but a plus
  • Excel
  • Good attention to detail
