Robert Half is working with a high growth privately owned business with 300 sites across the UK. The business has a newly created role for a Midlands based Credit Manager to report directly into the Head of Credit. The Credit Manager will manage a number of sites across the East and West Midlands. Your home office could be Nottingham, Solihull or Cirencester, and travel will be expected between sites.
The Credit Manager will manage a team of Credit Controllers based across the Midlands. You will need to be a strong people manager and be able to develop and manage the Midlands Credit and Collections function. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Management of Midlands Credit teams
- Point of escalation for all credit queries
- Business partner the board on all credit related matters
- Implementations of company’s credit management policy
- Provide technical advice to general mangers
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior credit control / experienced credit manager. Some of your key experiences will include:
- Experience in a managerial role
- Career spent in credit / collections
- Superb communication skills across all channels
- Sound financial knowledge
