What will I be doing?

You will be working closely with the Head of PMX LIFT and reporting to the Data Lead. You will support the Data Lead in creating a robust roadmap to help measure the effectiveness of PMX Lift products and in turn drive adoption; work in partnership with the Client Engagement Lead to drive the adoption of PMX LIFT, educate the agencies on our data and measurement capabilities and further develop our offering.

Your key stakeholders will include;

  • Agency and client data leads
  • SVP Media & Performance EPSILON
  • PMX LIFT Client Engagement Lead
  • Head of Precision
  • Head of AVs in each of the agencies
  • Your key accountabilities;

  • Support data requirements for MVP in the UK market (Data targeted linear, Addressable linear and CTV)
  • Manage data requirements for product development roadmap and delivery
  • Help build reporting tools spanning the three PMX Lift products showing combined reach and eventually action uplifts i.e. social and search uplifts
  • Audit current capabilities and establish further requirements in the short term
  • Build vendor relationships (Vendor O&O data capabilities integration with EPSILON)
  • EPSILON & 3rd Party Relationship management and support client requirements / objection management
  • Qualifications

    What are we looking for?

  • Experienced data practitioner, preferably in the TV ecosystem
  • Experience working in a media agency or media owner
  • Strong network with the data community and media owners
  • A good problem solver and creative thinker
  • In-depth knowledge of media channels and TV industry systems and tools
  • Calm under pressure engendering confidence; strong interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of media trends and partner capabilities
