• Develop and maintain talent acquisition metrics that provide clarity on global trending; benchmarking and insights for making program and process improvements
  • Assess external labour market conditions, analyse trends and metrics to design effective recruitment strategies to support proactive talent acquisition strategies
  • Work with key stakeholders and senior management to design Service Level Agreements for Talent Acquisition and monitor the overall performance with regular reporting to management 
  • Ensure the timely and cost effective fulfilment of all global open requisitions with quality talent
  • Proactively lead updates on all open positions to the business and cultivate strong consultative relationships with global hiring managers
  • Implement a forecasting tool to identify current and future talent needs and proactively develop a strong talent pipeline globally
  • Lead recruiting strategies related to diversity recruitment, redeployment program, career mobility, employee referral program, etc.
  • Work with Director, Talent Acquisition Global to establish and maintain global partnerships with third parties (including recruitment agencies) relevant to Talent Acquisition initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver high level reporting for senior business stakeholders, noting market feedback challenges and trends
  • Research and identify new Recruitment trends and tools in order to attract the best talent
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

  • Education –

    High School Diploma or Equivalent

    College Diploma or equivalent in the Human Resource field, would be an asset

    Experience –

    5-10 years Recruiting experience

    Minimum 5 years Bill Gosling experience in Recruitment Leadership position or equivalent

    Certificate – Membership in a professional Human Resources organization (e.g. HRPAO or SHRM) is required.Working toward HR designation is an asset.

    Reports to – VP, HR Global
