Our Leadership, Executive Development & Professional Skills LEDP team lead with vision. They are at the forefront of thinking; developing new and innovative approaches and paving the way to helping individuals and the firm reach their full potential. Working closely with Learning Business Partners (LBPs) and the Talent CoE specialists, this team create an engaging and relevant experience for our colleagues and help them to lead with purpose, lead inclusively and lead professionally. The team bring deep expertise to the leadership and professional skills agenda and are responsible for bringing external thought leadership to the firm. Role description:
Reporting into the Partner Development Lead you will help to build and implement the Partner Development strategy, concentrating in the short term on Partners in their first 2 years in role and then broadening to the wider Partner community.
You will be assigned to specific projects and will manage all operational aspects including budget management, project management, vendor management whilst acting as a subject matter expert to bring in and co ordinate external and internal thought leadership.
You will be expected to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, at different levels of the Firm, to understand business demands and will work with Learning Business Partners to carry out learning needs analysis to define learning outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with broader teams to promote learning offerings, build strong relationships with the design and enablement teams (to ensure what we deliver is to a professional standard) and work with external vendors to bring leading edge thinking into our work. You’ll also support strategic activity including managing the evaluation of Partner development (providing biannual impact reviews using our dashboard), support annual planning of work and the creation of a Partner development roadmap.
The role sits in a wider learning team and it is expected the role holder will work across portfolios and support wider learning events and projects where needed.
