Role description:

Reporting into the Partner Development Lead you will help to build and implement the Partner Development strategy, concentrating in the short term on Partners in their first 2 years in role and then broadening to the wider Partner community.

You will be assigned to specific projects and will manage all operational aspects including budget management, project management, vendor management whilst acting as a subject matter expert to bring in and co ordinate external and internal thought leadership.

You will be expected to build strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, at different levels of the Firm, to understand business demands and will work with Learning Business Partners to carry out learning needs analysis to define learning outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with broader teams to promote learning offerings, build strong relationships with the design and enablement teams (to ensure what we deliver is to a professional standard) and work with external vendors to bring leading edge thinking into our work. You’ll also support strategic activity including managing the evaluation of Partner development (providing biannual impact reviews using our dashboard), support annual planning of work and the creation of a Partner development roadmap.

The role sits in a wider learning team and it is expected the role holder will work across portfolios and support wider learning events and projects where needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual planning and review of Partner Development curriculum.
  • Understand full offering of curriculum and work with Design and Enablement on annual refresh and retirement approach, making sure curriculum is current and relevant.
  • Act as an SME, ‘Subject Matter Expert’, and work closely with Partner Office, Learning Business Partners and Talent CoE stakeholders to ensure design and delivery of a relevant learning curriculum.
  • Input expertise into clarifying capability business demands and learning needs analysis, ensuring the voice of the customer is clear in all our activity.
  • Work with Design and Enablement teams to ensure branding and marketing of the offerings is clear, and that all logistics and faculty are planned for.
  • Work with Learning Operations in setting up learning events to include logistics such as issuing invitations and personal coordination of internal facilitators and senior stakeholders.
  • Support Learning Operations with off-site events, as needed, and in the scheduling of
  • participants.

  • Coordinate the nomination process for courses, where it pertains to senior leaders.
  • Contribute to the management and monitoring of the Partner Development budget.
  • Support the continuous improvement of data analytics and data management.
  • Data collation, reporting and analytics, providing insight where appropriate course.
  • attendance, return on investment. Work closely with Learning Operations to escalate service requirements and feedback to KPMG Learning Services.
  • Support the Senior Manager for Partner Development with regards reviewing external vendor performance and relationships leading on quarterly reviews with vendors and identifying and feeding in areas for improvements.
  • Support RFP processes by working closely with Strategy & Management team.
  • Manage the administration of Coupa as it pertains to your programmes/suppliers.
  • Facilitation will be part of the role and a balance will be found between keeping skills fresh and relevant within the job role.
  • Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, international or vocational equivalent.
  • Several years’ experience in a similar role, either within Professional Services or a large, matrix structured international firm.
  • Experience and passion in talent development and learning, with a firm grasp of human resources.
  • Relevant experience in leadership development design and a strong understanding of adult learning theories.
  • Relevant experience in vendor management, assessment tools, learning models and constructs (including competency, leadership potential, values).
  • Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to use and interpret appropriate metrics.
  • Strong relationship building skills with a proven ability to influence, consult and advise at an Senior Executive level and to build lasting networks.
  • Able to work independently with strong experience and skills in project/programme management.
  • A great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organisation, including with senior leaders.
