Become a Trainee Assistant Site Manager on a residential project within the Houghton Regis area. The scheme consists of a traditional build development of 120 units split over 3 phases. It consists of 1-4 bedroom houses.

Duties
Train in all elements of site management, including working with all trades & labour and sub-contractors
Work along side site manager/project manager
Working in line with company programmes and have a clear understanding of customer care
Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
Learn and understand the companies’ structure and way of working whilst taking on any training that will support your role.
Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process
Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to sub-contractors
Ensuring any remedial work is completed prior to occupation
Qualifications
Graduate
Strong work ethic, drive and ambition
CSCS
First Aid, suitable trade tickets or NVQ qualifications
