Become a Trainee Assistant Site Manager on a residential project within the Houghton Regis area. The scheme consists of a traditional build development of 120 units split over 3 phases. It consists of 1-4 bedroom houses.

Duties

  • Train in all elements of site management, including working with all trades & labour and sub-contractors
  • Work along side site manager/project manager
  • Working in line with company programmes and have a clear understanding of customer care
  • Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
  • Learn and understand the companies’ structure and way of working whilst taking on any training that will support your role.
  • Ensuring the development is completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
  • Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
  • Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
  • Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to sub-contractors
  • Ensuring any remedial work is completed prior to occupation
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate
  • Strong work ethic, drive and ambition
  • CSCS
  • First Aid, suitable trade tickets or NVQ qualifications
