Full-time OR Part-time – Monday to Friday ( Service hours are 9.30 am to 5 pm)

*£20,285 per annum ( pro-rata) and excellent benefits – *£10.40 per hour
We are looking for compassionate Support Assistants/ activity assistants to help us in our mission to support disabled people to have equality, choice, and independence.
The little Abington day service centre delivers a varied and exciting programme of outcome-focused learning, employment, and social opportunities for our disabled customers
Your day will include tasks such as supporting to engage in group sessions, 1:1 tasks and supporting them with needs as they move around the building
You may already possess the necessary experience however we are equally keen to hear from people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
The key to your success in this post will be an ability to build relationships and empower customers to identify and work towards their personal goals. You will possess the necessary skills to communicate effectively, build confidence and use your passion, energy, and enthusiasm to inspire those around you.
