UX Designer – OUTSIDE IR35 – Hybrid

Our client, a leader in FMCG, are recruiting for a UX Designer to join the team on a contract basis.

As a User Experience Designer, you’ll be focused on creating and defining the experiences of products and services within the business:

  • Collaborate and deliver on the job with the coaching and mentor-ship of our talented team of UX Managers, all with a wide range of experience to share and aid your growth but also give you the confidence to work autonomously.
  • Present and contribute in stakeholder conversations within your specialism, providing recommendations and helping guide the business to make responsible choices.
  • Craft digital experiences that enhance the consumer facing proposition that solidifies sector leadership.

    • Experience :

    Passionate about design craft and attention to detail.

  • A champion for the user who works to harmonise needs of the user (accessibility, usability, conversion, retention) with more emotional values of design.
  • Research orientated natural problem solver and enjoy the challenge of pushing work forward to uncover new and innovative solutions.
  • Can take a step back to understand, analyse and define the holistic service.
  • Excited to be part of a specialist team with big ambitions.
  • Believe in collaboration and bring a positive attitude to work and towards your colleagues
  • A confident verbal and visual communicator.
