FLT Counterbalance Driver Staffline are delighted to be supporting our customer with the opening of a brand-new Depot in Bedford We are looking to speak with FLT CB drivers, whether you are newly qualified or have a wealth of experience, this role could suit you! We have immediate starts after a successful interview These vacancies are NOT AGENCY, these vacancies are Permanent job opportunities The purpose of the role is to complete all inbound/outbound movements, ensure all stock is stored safely and ensure regular loading to the Automated Lines As a /7 operation, all roles will be working on 8hr shifts rotating 4on 2off rotating shifts 6am-2pm/2pm-pm MHE FLT CB Driver Responsibilities – Completing all inbound / outbound movements in line with SOPs – Ensuring all paperwork is administered accurately – Safe handling of all pallet movements within the depot – Safe charging of MHEs – Daily safety checks of MHEs – Loading and unloading pallets – Safe storage in line with SOPs – Any operative tasks required Health and Safety – Responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and others – Excellent Spatial awareness – Reports and investigate all accidents and near misses Skills / Experience – IT Literate – Experience using FLT CB (including up to 6-ton FLTs) – An accredited FLT CB license, AITT, ITSARR, RTITB Salary details – £,, Inclusive of shift allowance Benefits summary – £ bonus on completion of probationary period – days holiday plus bank holidays ( days per annum) – Birthday off – 4% employer pension contribution – Private medical insurance – Life Assurance death in service benefits (4x annual salary) – Discounts programme – Learning & Development budget
