We are looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Senior Recruiter is a high visibility role that is responsible for partnering with business leaders across our European footprint (UK, Sweden, Norway and Germany) to gain an understanding of the business and the overall staffing needs in order to create and execute a recruiting strategy that address those needs. The right candidate will have experience owning and driving full life cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast paced, dynamic, technology driven environment and have a hunters’ mindset being passionate about finding great candidates who possess the right skills and are a good culture fit for a particular role.

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders across the company to effectively scale the team by crafting hiring strategies rooted in a deep understanding of the business and competitive landscape
  • Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel sourcing efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity
  • Use competitive intelligence and understanding of the talent landscape to proactively identify and build a robust pipeline of top, diverse talent
  • Use creative direct sourcing tools and methods to identify passive talent (i.e. LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social networks, etc.)
  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process, including leading productive intake sessions with hiring managers, developing compelling, inclusive job descriptions, detailed screening of candidates, interview plans, pipeline management, salary recommendations, and closing candidates
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs and be a trusted voice in critical conversations that facilitate and drive decision-making
  • Ensure a powerful, positive candidate experience that transitions seamlessly into the Trintech employee experience
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to quickly adjust tactics and approaches to improve KPIs 

Who you are

  • 5+ years of full-life-cycle recruiting experience for a global SaaS products or technology focused products company (Banking, Finance, or Accounting industry preferred, but not required)
  • Demonstrated expertise and success designing and implementing effective sourcing campaigns heavily leveraging LinkedIn, specialized job boards, etc.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with all levels of management across the enterprise
  • Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decision-making
  • Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency at each stage of the recruiting cycle
  • Self-driven with the ability to work in a global, fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Experience maintaining complete, accurate and compliant records and notes within a comprehensive Recruiting ATS
  • Intermediate + Excel and PPT skills with the ability to report data, as well as glean insights from the data to drive stronger talent outcomes for the business
  • Passionate about continuous improvement; not satisfied with the status quo; driven to be the best at your craft
