Early Careers Assistant Manager, Attraction and Marketing

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

Role purpose

To manage early careers attraction and marketing initiatives, including on-campus events, internal business engagement and external partners to help position Mazars as an employer of choice for early careers candidates.

We are looking for someone with previous attraction experience in an early careers recruitment team. You’ll be a creative thinker, bringing fresh ideas and engaging others to build brand advocacy into our end-to-end candidate experience.

Main responsibilities

  • Deliver an employer brand strategy for early careers in line with hiring demand, business needs and our Employee Value Proposition
  • Work closely with early careers recruiters, our internal marketing team and external partners to ensure our campaign is continually active, relevant and inclusive
  • Ensure targeted, timely marketing for priority roles and support firmwide commitment to Inclusion & Diversity
  • Engage the right people internally to act as brand advocates for Mazars, leveraging internal alumni connections and external networks
  • Manage and review a data-driven target university and schools strategy to ensure we are working with a diverse range of academic institutions
  • Develop strong university relationships, supported by the wider early careers recruitment team, including careers services, academic departments and student led societies
  • Partner with individual offices to identify and engage with local school and colleges, providing a consistent schools attraction framework for internal teams
  • Develop our brand ambassadors programme, working with former interns to promote Mazars careers opportunities on campus
  • Conduct regular attraction analysis, reporting and ROI for key stakeholders, sharing market insights
  • Attend on-campus events. Design and deliver careers workshops and skills sessions, supported by wider early careers recruitment team
  • Support wider team with facilitation of virtual assessment centres and in-person office events

  • Specialist in high-volume early careers recruitment with marketing and attraction experience
  • Collaborative team player, able to build trusted relationships
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and event coordination experience
  • Able to use initiative, identify new opportunities and take ownership
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Reporting skills to share insights, use of data to inform decision making
  • Previous line management experience, role model to others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
