About the Role
This role is 40 hours per week.
Applications are invited for a Cafe Bar Manager who will complement our existing dynamic and motivated cafe bar team. You will be required to work 5 days from 7 covering early and late shifts. We require a customer focused individual who will provide high standards of service within our fully licensed Cafe Bar. A Food Hygiene certificate and supervisory experience in a food environment is essential.
We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who is able to work under pressure and show initiative. You should also enjoy interaction with customers, have some knowledge of theme nights, party nights and organising member events. The role will include some duty management shifts. As a member of the management team you will be responsible for the wellbeing of staff and members, able to market the club internally/externally and develop relationships within the local area establishing Bannatyne’s as the market leader in the area.
