Work Controller & Service Administrator reporting to the National Service Manager

This role liaises closely with the Sales administration team and also works very closely with the Installations & Demonstrator Supervisors.

The aim of this position is to effectively plan all installations resources and ensure customer expectations are met

Key Responsibilities are

  • Liaise directly with Sales Administration to plan installations
  • Liaise with customer, sending all customer correspondence (confirmation, PQC & Warranty letters)
  • Updating SAP system (raising & maintaining Service Orders)
  • Planning install manning effectively (alongside Work Control Team)
  • Working alongside 3rd parties when required
  • Logging Service calls for demonstrator assistance / breakdowns
  • Invoicing service orders upon completion
  • Creating purchase orders for 3rd parties
  • Generating Contract quotations
  • Skills

  • Customer Service background
  • Must possess high levels of diplomacy and be extremely courteous
  • The capability to adapt to a constantly changing workload and be able to work well under pressure is essential
  • IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Word®, Excel
  • Previous exposure to SAP would be an advantage
