Adecco are delighted to be working with our client, a travel payment and expense management company, who are looking for a Customer Support Specialist and Technical Support to join their team in Chiswick. You will act as a first point of contact for all incoming customer related queries, ensuring delivery of world class customer support, create product documentation, user guides, operations material and training videos.

Location: Chiswick

Permanent position – immediate start

Salary: £28,

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-5:30

Duties:

  • To assist Programme Administrators and Travel Managers with information or queries relating to all products.
  • Liaise with our Head of Operations and existing team members on required creation for reports and documentation.
  • Able to follow and expand on given brief related to upgrading product documentation, user guides, operations material and training videos.
  • To assist Programme Administrators and Travel Managers with enrollment of programs and contract on boarding.
  • To assist cardholders or Programme Administrators with information or queries relating to the Portal.
  • Understanding and supporting efforts including answering product and service related questions to prospects and providing all necessary information
  • Applying a service oriented philosophy – respond to customers within agreed SLA, ensuring a prompt service delivery
  • Ensure training material and documentation is continuously kept updated
  • Assist with technical support tasks and ensure these are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Forward any cases in a timely manner where the query cannot be resolved on the 1st contact, using 2nd level support teams
  • Skills:

  • Broad technical understanding and quick to absorb new concepts.
  • Able to create and maintain technical documents / learning material for on boarding / working guides.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage work loads
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment working to deadlines.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience in a similar position or a relevant field
