As an IT Systems Administrator you will be maintaining important IT operations, the role will give you room to be responsible for the installation and configuration of ITC systems, hardware, and software infrastructure. You will be partnering with internal and external partners to communicate the progress and status of projects being worked on. You will assist the juniors in the team and the wider IT team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that enable the client.
  • Create and maintain documentation on systems and networks, ensuring that these are kept up to date and relevant.
  • Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running.
  • Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.
  • Report to the Head of IT on issues effecting operational efficiency and security, also with recommendations on how to make improvements to their ITC.

Is it you?

In practical terms you will have the following operating systems, servers, tools, and applications experience:

  • Cisco switching and routers, LAN, WAN, VLAN
  • Windows 10/11, Windows Server >2016, MacOS, Horizons
  • Cisco switching and routers, LAN, WAN, VLAN
  • Office365, Adobe Creative Suite, Auto-desk products
  • ESX, Windows, some Linux appliances
  • Office365
  • Windows and Horizons

Salary: Up to £60k (DOE) + Bonus + Excellent benefits
