Robert Half are currently partnered with a finance company based in the Midlands. We are looking to appoint a Data and MI Analyst (Hybrid) to join the team. My client is well established and working with clients across the UK.

We are looking to pay up to £30,000 on this role, and to confirm it is a hybrid role (3 days in office).

The role of the Data Analyst will be responsible for collate business performance and operational information from across the organisation and produce regular management information reports and packs to support decision making and help management to identify key areas of focus.

MI

  • Collate and analyse key data from a range of sources.
  • Provide insightful regular and ad-hoc management information and operational reports to help the Practice reach operational targets and facilitate change where appropriate.
  • Production and tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Creation of data dashboards, graphs, and visualisations.
  • Data

  • Create and work with large and complex data sets to help inform continuous improvement activity.
  • Ensuring Salesforce and other database data fields are optimised, and data sets are linked to maximise benefits.
  • Identify areas of improvement to optimise the use of data (including Salesforce) and improve business operations.
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes using Salesforce and other tools.
  • Monitoring and auditing data quality.
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content.
  • IT

  • Build relationships with our external IT supplier and contacts in Head Office.
  • Investigate new ways to incorporate technology in the Practice to help deliver a positive client outcome.
  • Assist and deal with general day to day system queries which arise.
