Rise Technical is a leading recruitment company, providing staffing solutions into the Engineering, Technology, Energy, Construction and Scientific sectors with the UK, USA and Europe. Due to our significant growth, we are recruiting like-minded individuals to join our brand new office in the sought-after Spinningfields area.
This role would suit a goal-driven individual who is looking for an excellent training programme, to give them the knowledge and abilities to be able to progress through the company and build a successful career within recruitment.
What you will be doing:
- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building client relationships through phone calls, social media platforms, LinkedIn, client events
- Headhunting high-quality candidates for a variety of technical roles
- Managing the recruitment process for clients and candidates from start to finish
- Ensuring you go the extra mile for both clients are candidates
