Paint Mix Technician

Adecco are currently supporting a very exciting new venture for one of Norwich based clients, we are looking for a Paint Mix Technicians to join their team on a Twilight shift! However, you do not need to have experience as a Paint Mix Technician for this role to be for you, our client has taken candidates from all backgrounds e.g., hospitality, production, so if you have a drive to learn a new craft, have the best attention to detail and want to be part of a new team, please do get in touch!

    The role

  • Produce batches of paint to a formula

  • Supply paint materials to various departments

  • Build an awareness of different paint technologies

  • Ensure the area is kept to a clean and tidy standard to comply with 5S Standards

    • What do we need from you?

  • This role is all about accuracy; ensuring that numbers and formulas are read correctly to save on waste and get the perfect colour match

  • Paint knowledge or experience would be advantageous, but not essential

  • A great attitude!

  • Reliability, as part of a small team, we need somebody who will be a real team player

  • Flexibility

  • Somebody who has real attention to detail
