A new Credit Controller is required to join one of our most exciting clients who operate in the IT industry. If you are an individual who is enthusiastic, hard working, and looking to take their first/next steps in the world of credit control, then this could be the opportunity for you.

This is a critical role within the finance team where you will be working directly with the Credit Control Supervisor and taking on a great deal of responsibilities for the Credit Control function.

The Role

In this Credit Controller role you will be responsible for:

  • To undertake effective collection and obtain the earliest possible settlement accounts to improve cash flow and minimise bad debt exposure.
  • Be able to follow procedures and reporting.
  • Account Reconciliations.
  • Action and monitor your own portfolio of accounts.
  • Be able to manipulate Excel workbooks.
  • Negotiate payment plans if required.
  • To liaise directly with customers and the sales team, maintaining accurate records and promptly following-up actions required.

The successful Credit Controller will be someone who who can demonstrate a high attention to detail. You will be a confident communicator, adaptable, and hard working.

Our client operates in the IT industry with their offices based near Chessington. You will be part of collaborative finance team, so being a team player will be essential.

Salary & Benefits

This Credit Controller role will pay up to £24,000 per annum as well as Hybrid Working+ Further Benefits
