THE ROLE:

The successful Residential Property Fee Earner (Case Handler) will be responsible for handling your own busy caseload which will consist predominantly of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership schemes, Rights to Buy, transfer of equity and lease extensions.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Fee Earner will have a proven background and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling your own Residential Property caseload. It is crucial you are able to adhere to and manage strict deadlines whilst working under pressure. Case management experience is desirable but not essential. Strong drafting and writing skills, together with excellent communication and technical ability is essential in order to deliver outstanding client care.

This established firm based in Bedfordshire offers expert legal advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing. Each matter is allocated a dedicated fee earner to handle matters through to completion, ensuring clients are provided the best level of service at all times.
