RCM are looking for an assistant Quantity Surveyor to work in and around the Southern area.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be a responsible for:
- Providing records of variations, cost and assisting with site surveys and enquiries
- Tendering & cost planning
- Preparation of monthly applications
- Completion of valuations, budgets, and final accounts
- Working towards targets and deadlines
- Knowledge with ordering and estimations
- Reporting into the managing Quantity Surveyor
Experience required:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or a similar role
- Construction Industry knowledge is essential
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be proactive
- Working towards a HNC/HND Qualification
- Able to commute to different sites across the region (Full UK Driving License)
You will typically work from 7:30am – 17:00pm.
