Can you help Redbridge Libraries attract new users, retain existing customers and provide excellent customer service?

We are looking for highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic people to join us as Senior Leisure & Library Assistants to work across the borough. These roles are crucial to support the customers using our library services.

The successful candidates will require excellent communication skills and take responsibility for the day to day operation of the facility, delivering customer service excellence and supporting the Centre Manager. You will also be excellent ambassadors, promoting and encouraging the use of our services.

The successful candidate should have a general interest in this field and experience of working in a customer service environment.

Essential requirements:

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment.
  • These posts will involve lone working, evening, weekend and bank holiday working.
