I have a great opportunity for a Customer Executive to join a thriving international business based in Slough on a 6 month contract.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitoring Accounts to ensure that all claims are processed within specified timescales.
  • Liaising internally with all site locations
  • Liaising with Customers to obtain claim details
  • Ensure accurate settlement of Customer claims
  • Recovering costs from Insurers and / or third parties where applicable.
  • Generation and issuing of claims correspondence and reports
  • Skills required

  • Good organisational skills
  • Administration / Customer Service experience
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Team player with ability to remain focused on task
  • Ability to work under pressure
