NHS Ayrshire and Arran are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to be part of the Digital Services team to lead on delivery of our extensive technical infrastructure work programme.

You will have experience as a senior Project or Programme manager with technical expertise and knowledge of data centre environments, wide area networks and technical architecture, ideally within a Healthcare or large scale organisation setting. NHS Ayrshire & Arran is ambitious in developing its Digital services to support organisational change and modernise service delivery for the benefit of staff, patients, carers and the public. You will act as a key advocate of this agend and will be a good communicator and able to negotiate with and motivate key stakeholders with demonstrable transformational leadership skills.
