An exciting opportunity has arisen to be an integral part of the Podiatry team in South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership. We welcome applicants who are interested in full time or part time hours. Candidates require to be committed to providing high quality compassionate care across the geography of South Ayrshire. The post holder will autonomously deliver podiatric care and effective caseload management across a diverse range of patients in a variety of community and hospital settings. The post includes input into wound care, community care, nail surgery and MSK specific pathways across urban and rural communities. The post holder requires to plan and manage their own workload to be an active member of the wider podiatry team, and to contribute to the priorities of South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership where appropriate.
The invite to apply is extended to pre-registration podiatrists who are graduating in 2022 or 2023. New graduates would commence as a band 5 then progress onto the substantive band 6 role after 18-24 months to the specialist podiatrist role following demonstration of competencies and experience.
