The Role
This vibrant and charming 1 form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets is looking to appoint a learning support assistant to work one to one with a challenging boy in Year 6. The boy has SEMH, behaviour issues and can be very difficult. Despite the challenges of the role this would be extremely rewarding to a resilient LSA looking to make an impact. Experience working with SEND and challenging behaviour is necessary and recent previous experience will be looked upon favourably. This is a full time, long term role to begin September and will through to the end of the academic year. The school are willing to offer a permanent position on their team to the right candidate.
