Position Summary:

The Program Management & Clearance Engineering team provides PMO and support to Clearance Engineering Organization. We aim to standardize PM activities, Governance and Prioritization. On top of that, we also support Clearance Service Metrics (Reporting and Monitoring), Clearance Engineering Divisional link and Clearance Best Practices.
Our scope is pan-European and strong connection with other divisions (US or APAC). We cover a wide range of areas within Clearance: Best Practices, Service Initiatives, on the edge technology (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big data), Brexit, Regulatory, Process Engineering, Shared Service Centers…
This position is intended for a Product Owner (PO – SAFe). Significant experience as PO on software systems (problem statement, analysis, development, governance of product integrity, testing, UAT and GoLive is required. This position is key for our Clearance Product Development and key contributor of the Clearance Engineering team. Also, involves completing detailed analysis of complex data, systems or ideas and providing reports and recommendations. May also involve day-to-day data management in company software applications.

Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s). Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

Ideal candidate:

  • Business Analyst and Product Owner (PO) Certificate
  • Experience working in Agile SAFe
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business analyst or relevant discipline
  • Min 5 year experience in Business Analyst role and/or Product Owner
  • Experience in designing and documenting business/system process flows
  • Previous exposure to Customs Clearance is an advantage
  • Effective coordination skills with other employees
  • Innovative mindset
  • Very good analytical skills. Understand user needs and translate them into business requirements / flows
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to present to technical and business audiences
