Our client based on Hook are looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a 12 month contract that may go Perm. Hybrid working, Monday – Friday. Paying £22-26,000. Good IT and numerical skills required. Full training on ServiceNow will be provided.


  • Work closely with account managers and operations team to get the latest information for customers on deliveries, returns and open cases.
  • Manage cases which have been opened by customer and assigned to yourself
  • Close cases within the response and resolution times, providing customer with regular updates.
  • Responding to and resolving customer cases via ServiceNow
  • Chase internal teams for information to drive case closure and resolutions within our contractual KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Raise quotes for customer spares when requests come in via ServiceNow
  • Hold weekly internal calls to drive customer case’s to closure
  • Export data from serviceNow and put it in a weekly update for our corporate customers.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction survey and follow up with customers to complete survey following case closure.
