What will you be doing?

  • No two days are the same in recruitment, however on a day to day basis you will be doing the following:
  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
  • Write, place and update adverts
  • Monitor responses / Applications recieved and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficently.
  • Qualifty, Shortlist and present suitable candidates against defiend job vacancies
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with candidates and team
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
  • Be process driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Good questioning techniques to be able to drill down with a candidate to establish if they have the correct documents to be able to meet compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to team meetings as appropriate
  • Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times
  • accurate database management
  • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates
  • Be able to multitask – advertise vacancies, match suitable candidates with essential and desirable criteria,
  • confident telephone manner,
  • work in an open, honest and transparent manner,
  • thoroughly interview so good interpersonal skills and questioning techniques,
  • Admin
  • Strong admin skills, keep spreadsheets up to date, update CRM, google, word, excel, keep a to do list, keep electronic files in order.
  • Working to framework compliance standards
  • Liaise with candidates and clients
  • Ensure a second to non candidate journey with regular touch points
  • Manage candidates and clients, with regular calls and updates to ensure candidates are happy
  • Prioritise workload
  • Growing your network – you’ll be speaking to prospective candidates all day every day. Getting to know what they want, need and are looking for in their perfect role.
  • Arranging Interviews – so you have found the perfect candidate, we now need to ensure they are fully prepared for the interview to ensure a successful outcome
  • Offer Management – brilliant your candidate has been successful, now the hard work really begins. It’s up to you to manage, negotiate and ensure the best outcome is achieved for both your client and candidate
  • Repeat the cycle – again every situation is different as is every candidate. The more you do, the better you get!
