What will your typical day look like?
As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Campus Recruitment Coordinator works in partnership with the Campus Recruitment Advisors in executing a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience by assisting in executing the targeted campus strategy as defined by the Campus Advisor, inclusive of full cycle recruitment and event management.
About the team
As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Campus Recruitment Coordinator works in partnership with internal clients to develop a tailored recruitment strategy of targeted events and programs to ensure an exceptional candidate experience on campus. You will work alongside other Campus Recruiters and Coordinators across the country on national large-scale programs to smaller, local targeted events. The Campus team is responsible for all aspects of Deloittes campus recruitment process including: on campus engagements, ongoing programs, branding student performance management, recruitment logistics and coordination.
