The company is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to join the Consumer Research Team.

The successful candidate will support the team through establishing and leading workflows to maximise value and efficiency of research software and research programs it underpins. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

* Lead end-to end implementation of new research software features (e.g. dashboards) and platforms (e.g. new survey software)

* Own and deliver roadmap for day to day maintenance of research software (e.g. improve quality of data feeds)

* Support Strategic Programs Manager in delivery of complex research programs (e.g. Voice of the Customer) through project managing inputs from software providers (e.g. technical survey set up) Most of the projects you will be involved in will require you to:

* Manage lifecycle of each project from scoping requirements, validating specifications, designing vendor and internal stakeholder briefs, co-ordination of necessary deliverables on time and on budget, driving implementation and user training

* Become a proficient user of survey software in order to perform technical set up of deliverables where possible, or QA set up delivered by a vendor

* Be able to identify and implement solutions to complex research challenges, involving requirements and deliverables from multiple stakeholders

* Ensure proper closure of projects identifying and recording learnings to build into future work, supporting change management

* Develop and manage relationships with software providers to foster strategic partnerships supporting ongoing evolution of our research technology capabilities

The type of person we are looking for:

* Bachelor’s degree, Project Management certification a plus

* Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar position

* Experience using survey software; proven ability to learn new software

* Understanding of the role of consumer research within large enterprises

* Working knowledge of project management tools and frameworks; past experience with RFPs a plus

* Strong communication skills – both verbal and written/ visual

* Ability to engage with stakeholders across the business to deliver results

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Curious problem solver

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
