£16/ hour + Days + Premium overtime + Recent Investment + INCA Award Winning Company + Pension

This would suit someone who has experience working as an Aluminum TIG Welder and are looking for their next step into a Team Leader / Supervisor role.
The role:
- Operate TIG Welder and equipment to meet customer requirements
- Lead the Welding Team
- Use grinder and buffer to smooth/ clean before and after welding
- Days: 07:30 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday, Friday 07:30 – 15:00
The person:
- Experience in TIG Welding
- Preferably has team leader experience
- Looking for a permanent position in a supervisory capacity
