Planning Administrator

Start: ASAP

Pay: £10.50 p/h

Location: Quedgeley, Gloucestershire.

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 & Part time can be accommodated.

Due to an increase in demand, our client needs 3 candidates to join their team until the end of November to support their Planning department!

Our client specialises in Environmental Engineering, you will need to have a good telephone manner, to be able to follow instructions and be competent within IT as you will be using 3 PC monitors to complete the tasks below.

No previous experience within this industry required, if you have previous Customer Service/Administration experience, please apply!

Main duties:

  • Contact our client’s customers to confirm access to their customer’s sites for Engineer visit’s.
  • Confirm the correct contact who will give the Engineer access.
  • Note the system with details of conversation and update any contact details if necessary.
  • Confirm that access for the visits have been agreed and liaise with the Planning Department.
  • If access can’t be granted/ needs to be rescheduled liaise with the Planning department to complete.
