This role is ideal for someone who is able to support the organisation on all levels from direct management of ER cases, coaching and developing the wider HR team (UK and European) Supporting European processes and projects as well as continually driving improvements

Employee Relations

* Assures the governance for Associate Relations (Disciplinary, grievances) – for UK and Europe

* Direct involvement/management of UK ER cases

* Be an escalation point for European ER cases

Consultation & Communication

* Assure effective European consultation and communication

* Support delivery of regional consultation and local UK HR consultation

* Identify risks and develop approach to support effective employee engagement and delivery of company objectives

Labour Relations Management

* Develop European Labour relations approach

* Monitor labour relation situations in Europe (External & Internal), assessing potential risks

* Provide support and guidance to European HR relation issues

* Report monthly labour relation situation to Global Headquarters

HR Policy and Management

* Ensure HR policies are suitable and legally compliant

* Identify European HR policy alignment opportunities

* Facilities Management (Outsourced)

Looking for a candidate who has strong background in UK employee law and relations management, CIPD Level 7 qualified (or experience at that level) Overall HR Generalist background with UK and European background

The role will require occasional travel to Europe
