Randstad are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a client based in Banbury. They are a global company that specialise in manufacturing machinery for the Medical and Pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Service/Operations Department. You will be required to generate, in a timely fashion, all supporting documentation ( quotations, Invoices) and process service orders.

Accountabilities:

  • Look after and welcome Customers from ensuring health and safety to signing in and tour of buildings, to preparation of meeting rooms (to include refreshments) for Service led visitors & training.
  • Professional and proficient in Telephone handling and handling in-depth or complex queries to locate the right source of direction of call.
  • Adhering to the correct turn around for customer responses and updates.

    • Administration:

  • Manage the Service Engineers job time table, by location and customer demand
  • Responsible for booking flights and accommodation for Service Engineers
  • Manage the service filing system (to include archiving when necessary)
  • Manage the creation of all Training & Machine manuals.
  • Create and assist in raising quotations for spare parts/service/Training

    • This is a full time permanent position with a salary of £20,000-£23,000 and working hours of 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Friday.
