Role Purpose:

As the Actuation Aftermarket SIOP Director you will deploy Si&Op AFM processes in the Actuations sites (UK, France, Italy, US) with the final aim to improve customers performances with an healthy inventory position through an accurate demand, materials and capacity review. You will report hierarchically to the Actuation SIOP Director and functionally to the Actuation Sr Director Aftermarket.

As the Actuation Aftermarket SIOP Director you will:

  • Apply AFM expertise and business knowledge to establish a robust SIOP AFM project plan, leading governance to accelerate the improvement in the process maturity.
  • Establish standard criteria, processes and relevant KPIs (Delivery & Quality) for control & improvements of AFM SIOP performances & ensure activities are aligned to the overall Actuation objectives
  • Lead deployment of Discipline Health Assessment tool across AFM organisation, support functional skills gaps assessment & plan to close gaps.
  • Responsible for coordinate with the sites & fulfil requirements coming from AFM Central Collins/Advance Structures systems as well as Actuation Leadership (e.g. SIOP AFM Quarterly Maturity Assessment & Gap closing , AFM inclusion into L2 SIOP review.. )
  • Ensure standard policies & Collins Management System procedures in SIOP & Materials Management are followed, ensure continuous improvement for AFM by maintaining synergies & integration with OEM & Value Streams
  • Driving continuous improvement opportunities and demand accuracy across Actuation sites
  • Drive development of new tools & process in connection with the ASA Analytics team
  • Accountable for Managing a team of specialist, set objectives and coordinate their activities to achieve results.
  • You will bring to this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, or Technical)
  • APICS CPIM/SCM certification (GLP) is a plus
  • A strong background within Aftermarket
  • SAP/APO & dashboard analysis
  • Running/Setting up SIOP dashboard
  • Understanding of Finance, Business Development, Program, Continuous improvement, Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations functions & ERP system
  • Self organising, manage time to meet deadlines & accomplish tasks
  • Ability to monitor progress and make changes as necessary
  • Flexibility in travel
