Here’s where you can make a difference:

Using your Business Analyst techniques to build and maintain a shared understanding of the problem your team is trying to resolve.

Supporting the Product Owner to make more efficient decisions by assisting their understanding of what adds the most value.

Using short feedback cycles to learn about your customers’ needs and adjust your product accordingly.

Supporting the team with writing clear Acceptance Criteria to ensure everyone understands what fulfils the user stories/ tasks.

What Essential skills are we looking for?

  • A clear understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, techniques, and their practical application

  • Some experience (or good understanding of) working within established project management methodologies such as Agile environments

  • Alternatively you might have experience performing Business Analytical tasks in a Product Management context

Desirable skills / qualifications:

  • BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis (or equivalent e.g. ISEB)

  • Understanding of Power BI (or other similar tools) to support MI

  • Experience using JIRA / Confluence (we can teach this)

And the soft skills we’re after:

  • A good facilitator/ communicator with evidence of engaging & balancing the needs of multiple internal customers.

  • An analytical approach with a clear focus on problem solving and process improvement.

  • Evidence of a possessing the willingness to continuously learn and develop your own capabilities

  • The ability to collaborate closely with others to meet shared objectives

  • Able to make sense of sophisticated and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
