Fabric Technician required by leading building services contractor
Working on a new, flagship contract, based in Central London you will be based at their new clients corporate headquarters …
This is a hands on maintenance position, working alongside the m&e engineers, you will be completing buidling fabric PPM and reactive repairs to offices and communal areas within this high spec building and will have constant interaction with the tenants within the building.
Other work will be basic electrical works, ie replacing floorboxes, LED lamping, hotplates ect.
This is a faced paced, extremely corporate environment, that requires the individual to be dynamic, highly professional and well presented.
The hours are 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
There is a 1 in 4 call out (mainly holding the phone as actual call out will be extremely rare)
Applicants must have previous experience of working within a high end, corporate envrionment and have superb multi trade skills.
