An established facilities maintenance company are looking to strengthen their management team across various high security sites within Fareham and Gosport. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the maintenance team complete planned maintenance and to respond to reactive issues to meet the clients expectations.

This is a Monday to Friday position working 8 – 4:30pm, in return you will receive;

    • Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the site maintenance team to ensure all pre planned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out
  • Manage the PPM schedule and on call rota
  • Ensure the sites are stocked with materials and liaise with the help desk team
  • Carry out audits and compliance checks such as SLA’s
  • Financial control

    • Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in a mechanical or electrical
  • Experience working within a commercial facilities maintenance environment
  • Experience in a similar role as a lead engineer or maintenance supervisor
  • Health and Safety
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Must be able to pass security checks
