A Sales Manager opportunity has just become available, working for a solutions based CNC machine tool supplier here in the UK. Working remotely, this key client is offering a competitive salary, monthly commission, and choice of various vehicles for the right professional.

Overview –

  • Develop and drive new sales strategies, whilst maximizing opportunities within existing, or lapsed accounts.
  • Sales Manager responsibilities include –

  • To map out and engage with existing and lapsed clients and ensure that sales plans have been implemented across all areas.
  • Identify prospect customers and make contact with key decision-makers, booking meetings and visiting customers all over the UK
  • Be able to solution sell capital equipment that has a product value ranging from £50K – £1Mil
  • Liaise with the internal sales/customer services team with leads and day to day project updates
  • Retain the current customer base and expand footprint through cross/up-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Manager desirable skills and experience –

  • Experience driving large scale technical sales of capital equipment, ideally CNC or automated machinery
  • Able to showcase examples of successful strategies implemented and maintained accounts.
  • Able to manage multiple high-value business introductions within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive work ethic, self-driven, and flexible with travel requirements.
