Position: Transport Shift Manager
Location: Solihull
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am

We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Full responsibility for fleet compliance and fleet management and responsibility for fleet track and trace, also damage and accident and personal injury reporting and management.
  • To undertake any other reasonable tasks as detailed by the Management Team
  • Operational Documentation, compliance with escalation process
  • Liaising with satellite bases through out the Midlands and Northwest on a daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Managing a core driver workforce of 50+ drivers, Responsibility for 40 plus trailers & Responsibility for in excess of 30 vehicles

  • CPC License is essential
  • Proven experience within Logistics Industry
  • Proven experience within a Team Management Role
  • WTD and Drivers hours regulations
  • Computer literate
