Exciting opportunity has come up at our Darnley, Glasgow Business Development Centre we are looking for 2x Aftersales Customer Contact Advisors. We are looking for candidates with customer service experience to put their talents to the test and provide our customers with exceptional levels of service.

As an Aftersales Customer Contact Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with our premium brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo and BMW! You will be supporting and assisting our customers with Booking requests for their vehicle. If you’re passionate about Customer Service and enjoy working in a fast paced, friendly environment then we would love to hear from you!

The role is working 40hrs a week The hours will switch from week A: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Week B: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. You will also be required to work one Saturday a month 9am-1pm with time given back on a week day.

You will be joining our team of friendly advisors and your role you will offer help and support to Aftersales customers via Telephone, web enquiries and live chat, ensuring we assist the customers with any queries they may have and appoint them in our live diaries for any Service, MOT or essential maintenance work.

· Teamwork is essential along with great customer service, Motor trade experience is not essential.
