• Answering calls politely, quickly and efficiently
  • Meeting and greeting point of contact for staff and visitors, maintaining a strong working relationship with employees and visiting contractors
  • Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are kept neat and tidy
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are set up with correct AV, and waters, in preparation of meetings
  • Having ownership and management of meeting room diaries, assisting with room bookings when required
  • Helping colleagues and guests with AV equipment set up
  • Liaising with incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Booking taxis and couriers when needed
  • Responsible for ordering and distributing weekly stocks of coffee; tea; fruit etc
  • Monitoring and restocking office stationery and ad hoc office sundries
  • Using the franking machine for outgoing mail and deliver to a post box before final collection
  • Organising and circulating employee birthday/leaving/maternity leave cards etc
  • Supporting the Office Manager and Financial Controller with raising POs, collecting credit card receipts, and liaising with suppliers
