About the role

As our Employee Share Plan Services continues to grow, we are looking for Share Plan Client Administrators to join our established Discretionary Plans operational team who are responsible for the delivery of our Discretionary Plan Service. Within this role you will be expected to lead the successful operational planning and delivery of key tasks, whilst developing specialist knowledge of share plans and liaising with our corporate clients.

Business Function:

Our large Share Plans Operations team is made up of a number of sub teams that carry our different elements of our services, with some teams focused on specific share plans and others providing shared services. Due to the breadth and variety of EQ’s Share Plan service, we are able to provide our team members with fantastic opportunities to develop their knowledge and progress within our wider team.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivery of discretionary plan tasks for a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Liaison with Client Relationship Team to ensure client requirements are understood
  • Attending client meetings to support task planning and service reviews
  • Configuration of discretionary plan system parameters and web services to facilitate tasks
  • Preparation of schedules and files relating to task deliverables
  • Working closely with the wider Discretionary Plans team, including Dealing & Settlements and Admin Support, and Reporting
  • Identification and resolution of client and employee queries
  • Maintaining data integrity and reconciliation of all records relating to the service
  • Supporting business readiness activities for new clients set ups

Skills and experience

  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn

  • Able to demonstrate a good understanding of what great customer service is
  • Fantastic attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure and remain focused on delivering excellent service

Please note, we are looking for full time candidates for this role but would be happy to discuss further details ahead of your application and may have other roles available. There is an initial requirement to work from our office based in Worthing during your period of training after which there will be the opportunity to work on a more flexible hybrid basis, combining some days working from home and some in the office each week.
