Project Overview

Manage a research program with focus on user experience journeys, activating a shared understanding and language across the Merchant Shopping org (Commerce PA) to drive a culture of user-centred development.

The program manager will ensure success is measured through instrumentation and make recommendations for process improvements and future program growth as well as Track all projects, project queue, and deliver program reports.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities

  • In partnership with UXers, coordinate the activation and adoption of segmentation work through case studies, generated collateral and roadshows
  • In collaboration with analytics, implement instrumentation and evaluation of user journeys, working x-org and
  • Project status tracking, information organization and dissemination, intake and analysis of success
  • Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience with UX, UX research, survey collection, or market research.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing projects related to experience with user journey concepts
  • Experience in project management tools, e.g. Trello, Asana
  • Familiar with crafting and executing communications strategies
  • Skilled at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Proactive problem solving and ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • Self-starters with a proven ability to deliver results working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Experience of how a research program fits into larger strategy and will employ and improve upon various business tools and process improvement methodologies to effectively understand business requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and lead the execution to the business, including critical change management and adoption
